Alexander is the youngest son of the King yet the most educated. He has had the fortune of having an important cleric as a mentor, and has learned several trades that no other prince would ever know. Alexander yearns to return to his seafaring days and explore the world around him.
He is absolutely loyal to his ideals and his mentor, a priest who has made a career out of pointing out the sins of the nobility. This has created a schism with his father, the High King of Alveus. It is only a matter of time before their relationship becomes openly hostile, which is another factor in his desire to leave.
He seeks out the horizon and yearns for adventure. All it will take is a nudge for him to leave. Who will give it to him?
